Blythefield Communal Allotment The Trust would like to thank B&Q (Boucher Road) for awarding £500 worth of gardening equipment, including forks, rakes, soil conditioner, trellises and fruit trees to the Blythefield Communal Allotment. The equipment will eventually be stored in an anti-vandal unit on the site that Belfast City Council is trying to source. The Communal Allotment is now up and running and is being looked after by Jeananne, a very dedicated and knowledgeable volunteer. The plot is accessible to all local groups and anyone interested in gardening and volunteering. To arrange a suitable time for your group, or to volunteer to get the plot landscaped please contact Jeananne directly on 07765634174. |
